Super convenient location just steps from the beach. Enjoyed the free beach rentals. The elevator system was a bit confusing at times. Lots of noise from the street made it hard to relax.

The ocean view room boasted stunning views of both the ocean and Diamond Head. The beds were incredibly comfortable, perfect for someone with back issues. Temperature control was reliable, keeping the room cool after beach outings. The privacy on the balcony was nice, though noise from nearby bars could be heard at times. The bathroom, while functional, showed signs of age with some water damage. A refillable water bottle station was a thoughtful touch. Staff responsiveness was commendable, especially during maintenance issues, but the overall finish of the furnishings felt dated and needed updates.

Great location, great staff with lovely views of the ocean and helpful assistance when I needed to change something in my room.
Utterly satisfied.

Fantastic location right across the beach, with stunning ocean views. The rooftop pool is nice, though small. Staff were friendly, accommodating our early check-in request, which was a blessing after a long flight. The room was clean, but ours faced away from the ocean, which was disappointing. A bit concerning was the found medication on the floor—definitely not ideal for families. Air conditioning struggled and the water pressure in the shower left something to be desired. Still, I'd consider returning for the great vibes and easy access to everything.

The Twin Fin Hotel offers a pleasant experience with cozy beds and an incredible oceanfront view. The friendly staff enhances the welcome atmosphere, and the hotel’s open-air lobby is a great touch. While the room could have been more spacious, the location near Diamond Head is a highlight.

The location is fantastic, right across from the beach. Rooms feel outdated and need better soundproofing; street noise is a distraction. They offer free beach equipment rentals which is a nice bonus. The elevator wait times can be really long at peak hours.

The ocean view room made me feel like a VIP every time I opened the curtains. The friendly staff, from valets to housekeeping, treated me like I was the only guest in the hotel and the on-site bar was always buzzing with good vibes.
The elevator system is a bit of a brain teaser.

Great beach access and poolside bar; small beds made for an uncomfortable stay.

You have the beach right across the street and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff checks in on you to make sure you're happy and can switch cleaning to every day if you need it.
It wasn’t the most affordable option, but it’s still reasonable.

The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach! I loved lounging by the pool with live music in the background. The staff made me feel like family, and those comfy beds? Absolute bliss!
Totally recommend! 🌺💖

I had an amazing time staying here, with the beach just a short walk across the road and so many dining options like Wolfgang Puck Express just steps away, making it perfect for leisurely strolls and meals with a view; I loved how Kuhio Beach Park was only a 5-minute walk away, and exploring local shops was super convenient as well, allowing me to soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Waikiki. The hotel itself was clean and provided complimentary water refills, which I really appreciated. a little updating in some areas would make this place even better!

Our room was in desperate need of updates; the bathroom fixtures were really old, the shower was unusually short, and there was even a dirty glass left behind.

Stunning views. Steps from the beach. The reception staff deserves recognition. They are friendly and welcoming, making check-in seamless. The corner room upgrade was delightful. Spacious, with a beautiful balcony view. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. the decor is outdated. The elevators are frustratingly slow, requiring a key scan for access. Our ocean view room barely faced the water, more a partial view over a neighboring hotel. The bathroom showed signs of neglect with mildew and chipped tiles. Still, given the location, warm staff, and accessible amenities, I'd consider returning. Fix the maintenance issues and the experience would shine.

So, we recently stayed at The Twin Fin in Waikiki Beach and thought I'd share our experience. Let's start with the good stuff. The view from our room was incredible! We had a 180° view of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach, which was just breathtaking. The room itself was spacious, clean, and the king bed was super comfy. We even got lucky with an early check-in, which was a nice bonus. On the flip side, there were some areas that could use some improvement. the ironing facilities were a bit outdated and could be upgraded. The air conditioning in the room wasn't the best - it struggled to keep the room cool, especially when we closed the curtains during the day. The lack of a small table on the balcony for our drinks was a bit inconvenient too. One thing that really stood out was the issue with parking. The valet parking was quite pricey at $55, so we opted to park at a nearby lot for better rates. the check-in process for our friend who arrived separately was a bit challenging due to rigid rules, which could have been smoother. The Twin Fin has its pros and cons, but if you're looking for a great location with stunning views, it's definitely worth considering. Oh, and don't forget to pack your own iron just in case!

The hotel's central location allowed us to easily access all the must-do activities and attractions in Waikiki. With free daily credits for beach rentals and multiple dining options, we enjoyed a truly relaxing and fun-filled family vacation.
My kids wished for a more private pool area.

Great location near both surfing and swimming areas with beautiful beach views. Convenient microwave and kettle provided for in-room breakfasts, saving money. Friendly staff and free water bottle refills around the hotel. The free beach equipment rentals were a lifesaver for enjoyable beach days.
Rooms were a bit worn and not soundproof, allowing noise from surrounding areas to filter in. Limited sound isolation, especially during busier periods.

Had an unexpected upgrade to an ocean view room, and the staff was very attentive. The on-site restaurant served excellent food, offering a pleasant dining experience during my business trip. Additionally, the issue of double billing and poor customer service left a negative impression.
The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with overflowing trash and a lack of towels. The hotel's outdated decor, musty smell, and noisy ice machine were major disappointments.

I chose Twin Fin for its proximity to Waikiki Beach, and I was pleasantly surprised by the range of affordable accommodations in traditional decor. The rooftop sun deck with an infinity swimming pool, gourmet barbecue station, and a rich assortment of world-class amenities exceeded my expectations. The daily continental breakfast and globally sourced ingredients offered at Camado Ramen Tavern were a delightful bonus.
Limited fitness room options.

The location was epic, close to sick waves for surfing and beach parties. The island of Oahu is poppin' with golf courses and Hawaii Volcanoes National Park to explore. Bonus: footpaths to the beach for ultimate chill vibes.
Would've been even sicker with a rad rooftop bar for wild nights with live music and dance floors.

Great beachfront location with beautiful views, friendly and helpful staff, and all necessary amenities just steps away.
Felt like it was our own home, no complaints at all.
